My system is now five years old, and since I’m not a gamer, it still functions perfectly as expected. Beyond basic tasks, it’s mainly utilized for photography, video editing, and music production, where it still performs excellently—except for one issue. The graphics card struggles with the growing complexity of Adobe Lightroom Classic. Each new version puts more strain on it, particularly when using multiple masks, making it feel almost impractical at times.

I’m seeking suggestions for a graphics card that can handle this workload. It should be compatible, yet not so advanced that it falls behind the rest of the system’s capabilities.

Current system specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (overclocked to 4.2GHz)
ASUS ROG Strix B450-F
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650
64Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM
Corsair RM750 750W 80 PLUS Gold power supply

I noticed NVidia cards tend to work better in Lightroom compared to similar AMD cards.
An RTX 5070 would likely provide a strong improvement for this setup.
If Intel cards perform well with Lightroom, the B580 could also be a suitable choice, though you'd need to verify compatibility with Adobe software first.

Budget card, RTX 3060 12GB.
Reasonable request, 5060Ti 16GB.
RTX 5070 is the maximum I’d match with this setup.
I’d also recommend getting a 5700X CPU while you’re at it.

Thanks to the guidance provided, I chose the Intel Arc B580. So far it's been working well.
It has been running for about 45 minutes.
