Trying to decide what to do this fall when my PC won’t reach 11 and 10 more stops being supported. I understand I can’t afford a new build. Appreciate the advice on threads so I don’t repeat questions already answered.

You move to a platform offering built-in Windows 11 support, keeping in mind the upcoming year and the progress made with Windows 11, so stay tuned for any new OS updates from Microsoft this season.

MS has previously mentioned they will support Win 11 on older PCs, but have they made any further changes? The discussions about lack of support seem more like legal precautions, ensuring coverage if issues arise. This information can be found at the provided link.

My previous setup works well for gaming, and my friends use similar rigs. Do you have a 6700k? Also, any chance you're looking for a CPU that doesn't require TMP or something similar?

Windows 10 will not suddenly stop functioning.
You might be able to install Windows 11 on any device you own.
