Fortnite was functioning well until a recent Windows update. The GPU driver was updated, and I reduced graphics settings, but performance remained low at most 30 FPS. Other games like Overwatch still run smoothly at high settings. Here are the benchmark details I collected: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/67141589. Game 58%, Desk 87%, Work 56%. Specifications: Mbd: Asrock B550M Pro4, CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 79.8%, GPU: AMD RX 5700-XT - 67%, SSD: Crucial P1 3D M.2 NVMe 500GB - 149.7%, RAM: Unknown TEAMGROUP-UD4-3600 2x16GB - 71.2%.
Hey there,
Your GPU is showing zero (0). If you have any overlays such as MSI Afterburner OSD or anything else, turn them off and try again. It's due to the overlay.
Regarding the test, it's not very helpful at all. But it does indicate that your RAM is using the default Jedec settings. You should enable XMP for your RAM to get a significant improvement. You'll likely see better results.
Tell us what happens.
