Hi there
I own an XFX RX 6700 XT GPU, the QICK version, and I'm experiencing GPU artifacts in certain games. In Forza 5 I see artifacts, but not in Red Dead 2, Last of Us Part 1, Uncharted, or WWZ. When testing in Furmark it's fine, but on Heaven Benchmark artifacts appear. Running it in two BIOS settings gives the same result, yet changing one doesn't help. I've tried undervolting and underclocking, but the issue persists. I'm using Deepseek AI 7 b and 14 b, and everything runs without errors. In Occt Benchmark, it detects an error, but temperatures are normal during gameplay and hotspot readings are okay. Is my GPU having problems? Any advice?

Yes.
1. GPU repair (IF there is anything to repair that is. But when GPU chip itself is faulty then there's nothing to repair).
2. New GPU.

If I maintain a cool system with stable power and operate at normal volume, can it function for extended periods—such as running AI tasks and a second GPU—while also supporting a new GPU for gaming?

Depending on what is bad on the GPU, it may work long time and gradually produce more artifacts as time goes on (e.g if it has bad VRAM). Or it can die at any given moment.
Since you didn't post a pic of the artifacting, whereby i can see how it looks like, i can't tell what part of the GPU could be the issue.
But new GPU would be in order regardless. Better sooner than later.

I check the game by taking a screenshot—it shows no artifacts, and I can see all GPU ports working.
Could you tell me if my GPU issue is fixable or if I should get a new one?

Instead of attempting to capture artifacts on the screenshot due to timing challenges, use a software like OBS Studio to record the gameplay video. Check the recorded footage later to see if the artifacts appear. If they do, the problem is likely with the GPU, as screen capture tools capture images before they are sent from the GPU. However, if the video looks clean and no artifacts are present, the issue probably lies after the image leaves the GPU—such as through the display cable (between monitor and GPU) or the monitor itself. The captured video resembles an EMI problem, possibly caused by a faulty display cable. For further testing, switch to a different display cable (DP or HDMI) and consider using a second monitor to help identify the source.

I have two monitors, one at 1080p165Hz and another at 1080p60Hz. I tested both using the GPU's DP or HDMI output and a cable, and everything worked fine with my RX 580 or RTX 3060.

It would be reasonable to believe your RX 6700XT is the issue.
