Since I've upgraded to Windows 11, I've been getting youtube videos like this one (
) and this one (
) which look cool, but these require patching system files (nope!) or installing a random exe from archive.org. That doesn't seem promising. MicaForEveryone (

) looks like it might work, but I'm finding very little about how it works or whether it is safe. Anyone know of a safe option for this? Anyone have familiarity with any of the options mentioned here?

Windows 11 actually offers some transparency in the personalization options, though it's quite unclear. You might find apps in the Microsoft Store implementing this feature if you're curious about it.
