Can the motherboard support overclocking for an i3-6100 when using a water cooler? I'm planning to install it on a Y2MRG board.

The Dell motherboard uses socket 1155. The i3 6100 1151 and G3258 1150 are incompatible. It won't support CPU overclocking because of the restricted OEM BIOS and H67 chipset.
