Hi everyone!
My small team just moved to a remote work arrangement and sometimes I need to connect to their devices for support. We’re using Windows, macOS, and Linux, so I’m searching for a remote access solution that works smoothly across all three. File sharing is key, and the tool should be user-friendly, dependable, and affordable.
What suggestions do you have for this kind of setup?
Thanks in advance.

Along with the earlier response, I suggest considering AnyDesk. It’s user-friendly and works well, though the free version has certain restrictions and could limit you if you exceed them. Another reliable choice is HelpWire. It covers all necessary platforms and is available for both personal and business purposes at no cost.

We use a paid Teamviewer version at work but have been switching to the free Rustdesk. It supports Windows, Ubuntu, Mac, Android, Flatpak, iOS, Fedora, Arch Linux, Suse, Applemage, and web. I have 10 computers across desktops, laptops, servers, and my iPhone. Since it doesn’t support dual monitors (possibly due to the free version), it’s hard to distinguish between Teamviewer and Rustdesk.
