I have explored several duplicate detection tools for Windooz, but none go beyond matching filenames, even when they say they handle video files. These tools are ineffective at recognizing two videos with identical content but different names (for example, "A_Video 1080p" versus "A_Video 720p").

Synology includes this functionality in their DS Video catalog system, which relies on metadata. However, there’s no straightforward way to delete duplicates—you must play each video, which then shows all versions stored on the disk.

Has anyone encountered a Duplicate Video Finder that understands content to identify duplicates?

With some understanding of content, it is necessary to clarify which differences in content are considered for identifying potential duplicates. For instance: searching all video files featuring a red car, a specific person, background music, or identical metadata. When reviewing the videos, what criteria are applied to recognize and remove duplicates?

The identical source video when converted to 1080 and 720 resolutions displays varying "contents" in each file.

I'm looking for a method to handle media files. This often means dealing with duplicate copies of the same content, like when watching on a tablet where resolutions don't matter much.
The positive part is I believe I've discovered the ideal solution (for just $6 per year):
