I recently bought a new ASUS Zenbook Pro 14 OLED, and when it turns on, there are some really quiet electrical sounds coming out of it. I can only hear them if I put my ear right next to the keyboard or the back of the laptop. I have an older ASUS computer from a few years ago that makes the exact same faint noises. I think this is totally normal but I am just checking.
