I am having a lot of problems with my new computer right now. After playing a game for a few minutes, it crashes. Sometimes the whole PC goes down too. Even simple things like opening my browser or closing other windows cause this to happen. When I look at the Event Viewer after a crash, there are many errors listed. Here they are: The server {} did not register with DCOM within the required time limit. The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {} and APPID {} to the user ... SID (S-1-5-21-59246964-3156465199-1423989605-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container. This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool. The computer has rebooted because of a bugcheck. The bugcode was: 0x00000050 (0xffffc00546f76d30, 0x0000000000000002, 0xfffff8028ab9f7c9, 0x0000000000000002). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\053025-9781-01.dmp. Report Id: 299372b4-9141-4a28-8f17-775e36c92eaa. Dump file generation succeeded. The File System Filter 'EasyAntiCheat_EOSSys' (Version 10.0, ‎2025‎-‎03‎-‎28T19:10:53.000000000Z) does not support bypass IO. Supported features: 0x4. I have searched for solutions and ran diagnoses as sfc/scannow, a RAM check, and reinstalled my graphics drivers but nothing works. I don't know what to do next. I upgraded my motherboard, RAM, CPU, and CPU cooler. My new specs are: GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Mobo: ASRock B650M Pro RS RAM: Corsair DDR5 Vengeance RGB 2x16GB 6000 CMH32GX5M2E6000C36 PSU: NZXT C750 SSD_01: Kingston A2000 500GB M.2 SSD SSD_02: WD Blue SA510 M.2 2280 1000GB CPU Cooler: be quiet! Did you do a fresh install of Windows 11 along with those hardware upgrades? If you swapped out your motherboard, it's best to start over with the operating system.

I tried that many times, even using the Windows fix. I cleaned everything out again, yet bad things still happen.

Hey, how long have you been running that memory test to check if it's working right?

I believe that took about thirty minutes.

Here is a list of things to check if your game keeps crashing when you try to use cheats:

First, make sure you are looking at the right place because there really aren't any problems with your hardware, it's just a software issue that needs fixing. Please see these links for more details:
- https://forums.ea.com/discussions/o...ch...-/11888083

If you follow these steps, the game will crash right away and eventvwr shows up saying: "File System Filter 'EasyAntiCheat_EOSSys' (Version 6.1, ‎2024‎-‎12‎-‎13T09:34:34.000000000Z) does not support bypass IO."

This means that specific antivirus or security filter in your game is blocking the cheat from working properly because it doesn't recognize a feature you are trying to use.

It seems like turning on XMP is working fine right now. Just want to make sure it doesn't turn off later.

I am getting a different error now. The program Brawlhalla is crashing. It says the game name is Brawlhalla.exe, but no module file was found when it tries to start. The computer stopped working right after launching the game. This happens inside Steam Library at D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Brawlhalla\Brawlhalla.exe. Other errors show up too. They also say SearchHost.exe crashes because CortanaUI is missing from Windows. All my games do this to me, so I need to check everything again.

I hit a problem with my 7800 XT. After testing three different ones, I decided it was time to switch gears and bought a 4070 instead.

Download Revo Uninstaller. Open Windows Apps and click Start to remove all the junk programs like Cortana that come installed automatically.
