I purchased my latest system with an Intel 2080 Ti i7-9700K and 16GB RAM. In my previous setup, I had some RAM issues—around 2GB or 4GB sticks, which could cause a bottleneck if installed here.

Unless you're running low on RAM while playing games, I believe the additional 2GB won't be necessary—it might actually slow things down and reduce overall performance.
