Hi everyone - this is my initial message.
Please forgive any confusion if it doesn't fit in the right place.
I'm experiencing a problem when printing from Adobe Acrobat DC. When I click print, the pop-up appears (I'm using a MacBook), but then nothing happens until I click the "Printer" button at the bottom and then "print once again". I'm not sure why this extra step is needed or if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it.
Thanks.

Restart the installation of Adobe Acrobat DC. The existing setup might have issues or be damaged.

I'm not an Apple user, so I can't advise on clearing the document queue. However, I can share that many printer issues can be fixed by unplugging the power cord for around 15 minutes before plugging it back in. Just make sure to do it properly.
