All parts of your setup are not performing well. The CPU with air cooling and the MOBO were new purchases around Christmas 2021. You just added fresh RAM and an M.2 drive last week. Your power supply uses a Corsair RM850x model, and you recently updated the BIOS for your Rog Strix Z390-E. You cleaned up as much dust as possible. Userbenchmark isn't a reliable test for this forum. It appears to be misleading due to the owners' questionable behavior and inconsistent results. There might be an issue with memory type or setup involving laptop dimming or low power settings. However, based on your configuration, your system seems sufficient.
Ensure no other programs are active during tests. System performance is at 2133MHz. Activate XMP settings.

The initial thing I notice is how quickly you access data. Your current setup is leaving half of your memory interface capabilities unused on the desk. Turn on XMP first. Bandwidth in memory is essential for overall system speed, since most tasks rely on moving information between devices.
