Is there a new Enermax Revolution 850w experiencing an intermittent buzzing sound?
This is a sanity check. The PSU is making a buzzing sound every 10 seconds or so. This is with no applications running. It's almost like an electical oven turning on and off. I recorded a video of it so you can hear it and tell me if it's expected or if something is wrong with it.

It seems like a PSU coil whine issue. Certain PSUs are more likely to experience this than others. The only solution is to replace the PSU.
Coil whine itself doesn't damage the PSU; it just creates the sound.
