It's feasible to obtain the temperatures since they don't come with labels, meaning you might be looking at the VRM phase temperature or the chipset temperature. Using HWInfo would help verify your readings. You can also check your BIOS for more precise temperature data.

Thanks for the assistance. The temps keep getting worse. I'm trying to use CoreTemp and CPUID.

The upper red box you shouldn't really mind. They are mobo sensors and mobo heatsinks don't reach warning temps unless there's something blocking general airflow. And that you'd see from overheating CPU first.
