Examine the picture below... it clearly indicates the motherboard temperature exceeds the CPU temperature. Using Open Hardware Monitor, confirm this observation. After launching NFS: Rivals on GTX 760, these readings are accurate. If not, consider a suitable app that balances temperature, clock speed, and fan speed.
