Hello,
I'm looking for a way to enable dual channel on slots 1 and 2.
Recently, I encountered a problem where my RAM only functions properly in those slots. When I attempt to use dual channel, the computer restarts immediately and then gets stuck with the DRAM light.
Here are my details:
CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: RTX 5060Ti 8GB Gigabyte
RAM: Trident Z5 Neo CL28 6000Mhz
Power Supply: Corsair HX1000i
NVMe: Samsung 990 PRO 1TB
Operating System: Windows 10 19045.6332
BIOS Version: 3281, 8/7/2025
Motherboard: TUF Gaming B650-PLUS WIFI
Cooler: FX 360 ID Cooling
My friend overclocked RAM but I reset the BIOS afterward, so it's unclear if that helped.
I've tested running each stick in single channel, but slot 4 sometimes works and other times it doesn't.
I also tried reseating the CPU and loosening the screws and cooler (as suggested in a thread).
I noticed some minor marks on the processor pins, which I'm attaching for reference—I'm not an expert, but I'd appreciate your advice.

There isn't any method to make dual channel work on slots 1 and 2. When referring to the slots, remember the RAM slots are marked as A1, A2, B1 and B2. Clarify which ones you mean when you mention the first and second slots. You may need to obtain a different RAM kit and install it in slots A2 and B2. For your images, try enlarging them or using brighter lighting to better view the socket pins. If you suspect the RAM is faulty, run a memory test on your system. If no errors appear, test the RAM on a known functional motherboard. If the other two slots still don't function, the processor's memory controller might be defective—consider returning the CPU for repair.

For the slots, observe that the ram slots are marked as A1, A2, B1 and B2. When mentioning the first and second slots, you're referring to which ones in that specific arrangement.
Slot A1 & A2.
You may consider obtaining another ram kit by borrowing or not purchasing one, placing it in slots A2 and B2.
Regarding your images, I attempted to zoom in but a higher resolution would be better. Using ambient light could also help apply over the socket pins (though nothing unusual appears on the picture).
I plan to borrow it tomorrow and will update you on whether it's related to a RAM problem.
Do you have a link to the ram kit you're using?

I'll carry out these steps today and let you know the outcome. Thank you for your time and advice.
