Hi, I'm experiencing frequent FPS drops below 60 in both Elden Ring and Dota 2. My performance is consistently around 70-30 FPS, with CPU and GPU usage near 50%. I've tried several solutions so far, including reformatting, fresh OS installation, using DDU to uninstall drivers, and installing a new driver. My hardware specs are a Ryzen 5 2600 with an RX 6600, 16GB of 3200mhz RAM, and a 60Hz monitor.

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Reformat + Fresh OS Install
Where did you source the installer for your OS?
Have you taxed other titles on your system, apart from the two mentioned above?
