I have an AMD Ryzen 5 2600, with a GTX 1060 3GB graphics card and an ASUS B350-A motherboard – I believe that’s the one. Do you experience any issues while playing games? If not, we could potentially investigate whether the GPU is the cause. Previously, when I had a very weak Intel i5-650 processor, the graphics card was limiting performance, but after upgrading about two weeks ago, everything is now running smoothly, and today unexpectedly my mouse has started to stutter and lag.

Monitor the CPU's temperature. Utilize the manufacturer’s diagnostic tool to assess the status of your hard drives. If necessary, update the motherboard’s BIOS using the EZFlash utility along with the downloaded and extracted BIOS file on a USB flash drive. Confirm whether Windows was recently installed alongside the new system. Determine the amount of RAM you possess. I am employing a large Cooler Master radiator cooler as my CPU cooling solution; it should adequately dissipate heat.
Check coretemp to examine the temperature; it could be improperly configured.
