Have any suggestions? I'm considering a moderate overhaul, possibly a full turbo upgrade, with a budget of about $80 to $90.

The H55/60 run about 180-200w TDP. The stock 83xx run 125w. You've got room for some OC, albeit not much, but full turbo isn't a problem

The Corsair H80 or H80i are excellent choices since the AMD Octacore CPU generates a lot of heat. Opt for a reliable one to avoid needing a more expensive alternative later. The H50 and H60 won't suffice for this processor.
