Windows 10 version 10.0.2 B250 PC motherboard comes with default settings disabled. I’m unsure of its purpose beyond USB support. Should I turn it on? Also, why is this happening? Thanks a lot for helping clarify this issue.

This feature simplifies configuration by letting you decide if the USB controller manages USB devices directly or delegates control to software.

What I read suggests it’s already integrated into the OS, especially for Windows 10.
