You weren't able to upgrade from Vista to 10, so you can't apply a Vista key for that. @lonestar31 Search for Windows Vista 64bit download and get the ISO file. Insert it onto a disc or USB drive and install it. Enter the key on the computer's back panel. They'll still be able to run the newest Firefox version since it functions on Vista. Otherwise, consider using an unlicensed 10 edition.

Great news! A family member provided a computer, so they won’t have to rely on it anymore. I’m planning to test it out just to see what it does in the future. Thanks to everyone for your support!
