Hello to this forum. This is my initial visit and I wasn't sure who could assist me.
I'm experiencing an issue with my HyperX Cloud III S Headphones, particularly the USB dongle that came with it.
When I connect it to my computer, nothing happens—the indicator light doesn't activate and Windows doesn't recognize the dongle.
It works on another computer and even my phone, but not on my PC. I've tried using a different dongle from another brand, and it powers on without problems.
I also read something about the vendor being blocked on my system, but I'm not sure how that could be happening.
I didn't make any changes or adjustments; I just unboxed the headset and plugged in the dongle, but it still doesn't turn on.
I really appreciate your help.
Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
For the sake of clarity, is this;
https://row.hyperx.com/products/hyperx-c...ng-headset
the headset you're working with? Perhaps pass on an URL to the purchase site.
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
include the BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
I have a problem with my headphones specifically the USB dongle included with it, when i plug it into my computer nothing happens the light on the dongle doesnt turn on and windows itself doesnt see the dongle its like the dongle isnt plugged in at all.
Have you tried all USB ports on your platform?
Although I know it's not necessary, perhaps try and
install HyperX's NGENUITY app
and see if you gain functionality of the headset.

Hello,
The headset is having trouble connecting to my PC:
https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hyperx...et-(white)
My system specifications are as follows:
Processor: Intel Core i9-9900K
Motherboard: Aorus Z390 I Pro Wifi (rev 1.0)
Memory: G Skill Trident Z Royale silver 16 GB 2x8GB 3200MHz
Storage: Samsung 970 evo 500 GB, Samsung 990 evo 2 TB, Seaggate barracuda 2 TB 7200 rpms
GPU: Zotac RTX 2070 Super AMP
Power Supply: Corsair cx650m
Case: NZXT H210i
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 25H2
BIOS Version: F10a

I've tested all USB ports on my PC, but this dongle doesn't respond. It seems the connection is failing even though other devices work. I've also tried installing HyperX Ngenuity software, but it didn't resolve the issue. It appears to be a problem with my computer rather than the headset itself. This is the second unit I received, and I thought the first one was faulty—it wasn't.

Consider manually reinstalling your chipset or USB drivers using an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

I attempted that but I can't recall which drivers to install from the list on that site. Could you help me with that?

I've reinstalled the drivers, but the issue persists.
