They seem to be running at a lower voltage than intended. This matches the expected behavior of Zen4. It was heavily promoted for this reason. You could enhance performance slightly through Curve Optimizer undervolting, achieving around 80-82°C peak and a 17800 score in Cinebench R23 with an Assassin IV air cooler. Focusing on temperature isn't necessary if the system is functioning properly.
