Hello, my SVR is producing unusual sounds *I added a video above*. Is this a sign that my SVR is broken? Should I stop using it? This is the first time it’s making this noise, and it continues even when the computer is off.

SVR model: Himark Value Series SVR-1000VA
servo motor control system.
PC specs:
Mobo: MSI Mag B550M
GPU: Gtx 3060ti
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
RAM: 16GB
NZXT water cooler
PSU: Seasonic Focus gm-750 80+ gold
Monitor: AOC 144hz 24g2e
I’m based in the Philippines.
Thank you. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Consider exploring an UPS while hiring a qualified electrician to evaluate your home's wiring during this time. I believe the current power supply isn't suitable.
