Hello everyone, I recently purchased a Sound BlasterX G6, but it didn’t function properly right out of the box. At first, Windows recognized it and allowed me to use the volume control, which seemed fine. However, when I connected my speakers (Logitech Z533), it displayed an error about not being able to detect the last connected USB device. I attempted various solutions—plugging in headphones didn’t help, drivers couldn’t be installed because nothing was connected, and even after a system reset and fresh installation, the device still wouldn’t appear. It’s frustrating because my friends had it working perfectly at their place.

The speakers connect to the G6 via a specific method, though details are not fully provided.

Same problem with my Win11. After a full reinstall of the OS G6, it takes about 10-15 minutes for it to work again, and the Sound Blaster Command doesn't detect it properly. I have an open support ticket, and if we fix it, I'd be glad to assist you!

Because this gadget relies on a USB port, it's possible your computer's USB system lacks sufficient power to run it. This could account for its functionality on another user's machine but not yours. You might test it using a different external USB power source and observe if it works correctly. The device's manual suggests an optional external power adapter, which you could consider obtaining.
