yes it will work, the card uses about 200w when gaming.
the rest of the system (assuming a typical setup with 6-8 cpus and 1-2 drives) usually stays under 150w during heavy use.
(except for new intel i7/i9 processors and a few other cases—even then, gaming only draws around 100w).
