Is the Samsung M2020 laser printer frequently indicating "no paper detected"?
I've used this printer for around seven years and it functions well until recently when it started displaying a strange error saying "no paper detected" even though there was paper present. I tried restarting, removing the drivers, and eventually it worked again. About two months later, the same problem resurfaced—after deleting and reinstalling the drivers, the printer still shows offline despite being powered on. There is paper, and I can hear the computer recognize it when I connect and disconnect the USB cable. Until it stopped working, it printed very well. Do you have any suggestions to resolve this?
