Hello,
I'm working on setting up keyboard macros in Armoury Crate and the issue is that even though creating the macros functions correctly, binding them fails because the window appears empty when clicking on the keyboard in the device tab. I've reinstalled the software multiple times, using and without the included aura-creator, but nothing has changed. I'm looking for suggestions on how to resolve this.
P.S.: The inbuilt macro feature isn't an alternative for me.

I would begin by confirming you have the most recent BIOS for your motherboard. Next, check if your operating system requires any updates.
ROG Strix Scope | Keyboards | ROG Global
ROG Strix Scope RGB wired mechanical gaming keyboard featuring Cherry MX switches, aluminum construction, Aura Sync lighting, and extra silver WASD keys ideal for FPS games. Earlier introduced as Strix CTRL, now finalized as Strix Scope to highlight a major advantage in combat scenarios.
rog.asus.com
Consider using the Armory Crate uninstaller tool to delete the application. Restart your system without an internet connection, then manually install the newest Armory Crate version via the elevated command prompt—right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.
After this, you should be able to view this.

Unfortunately, aside from the BIOS update nothing resolved the issue.
1. Windows has a broken update that triggers this error (0x80070643), which many users face, and I couldn't locate a reliable fix.
2. Removing AC via its own uninstaller fails completely, returning errors; I had to use third-party tools first before proceeding with the uninstaller. It even prevents a clean fresh installation.
3. Installing the AC offline full package doesn't succeed—the installer functions until it reaches the AC component, after which it crashes as seen in this link: https://ibb.co/pXDyN06.
I've spent over four hours trying and remain quite frustrated.
