I own a Razer Basilisk Ultimate. It's a great mouse, but the terrible software is really testing my patience. For about half a month now, my mouse would freeze unexpectedly for a few seconds at random. At first, I thought it was a faulty device, so I replaced it and the same problem occurred.

Eventually I figured out the cause: every time the mouse froze, the calibration settings would reset to their default instead of my manual adjustments. They also prevent me from changing them back. When I attempt to use my manual calibration profile, it fails and restarts the mouse to smart tracking mode.

I've tried almost everything—reinstalling the software, completely removing it, using a peripheral testing account, updating drivers, swapping the mousepad, even reinstalling Windows FFS. Still nothing works.

Despite all this, I just want a refund. Unfortunately, Razer isn't offering that option. I'm left with either another replacement or finding a workaround, which would be pointless.
