I purchased an ASRock H610M-HVS motherboard to enhance my RAM and processor setup. The system powers on, but initially, the keyboard, mouse, and monitor fail to activate. When using just one RAM stick, the mouse and keyboard function properly, though the monitor remains unresponsive. With two RAM slots available, the upper slot doesn't allow either the mouse or keyboard to work, suggesting a potential motherboard issue. I've excluded problems with the monitor, cables, or graphics card by testing them on my previous PC, which operated correctly. Additionally, I tried connecting the monitor to the integrated graphics, but it still doesn't function.

Ensure all system specifications are provided, including the make and model of every component. Also, note the age and time the power supply has been in service.

If nothing appears with integrated graphics, it could mean your CPU lacks integrated graphics. Verify your discrete GPU is properly installed in the PCIe slot and receiving power from the PSU through the cables. Ensure the monitor power is connected and all necessary cables are attached. With the new motherboard, the monitor might not turn on automatically—press the power button during startup if needed. Hope this assists.

I don't know the age but it still works with my old pc, so I guess it's fine?

Definitely not. These were quite low quality even upon arrival. With some wear and/or exposure to harsh conditions like gaming, their performance declines noticeably. You're connecting the display directly to the graphics card, not the motherboard's I/O plate?

I confirmed it. The GPU lights up and everything functions, including the mouse and keyboard, but the monitor doesn't display anything.
