The 750 PSU should suffice for your setup. The CPU can handle up to 220W, and the GPU will never exceed 250W. You could easily use a 650W PSU with these parts and still be fine. You don't need a massive power supply unless your components require more, which they don't. The PSU you mentioned is of good quality, so you shouldn't have any concerns.

Your PSU (Corsair RM750) works well. It’s strong enough to support even more powerful components. After researching a lot about switching power supplies and seeing many good ones... (RM750x is also great). It has a very solid PSU design. You can confidently use this one for your project.
