I verified this PSU by starting it in Windows and everything functioned properly. All necessary connectors are present, including two 8pin connectors (6+2). The main issue is... I plan to purchase the RX 570 today, so will it operate safely?

As long as it works. Poor build and missing important safeguards. I noticed a dirty fangril on the PSU. Did you buy it secondhand?

It was used but they assured it would be okay... I'm not sure what to do now.
I had no choice since my budget was too limited because of the GPU. The prices for new PSUs are much higher than half the cost of an RX 570, so I had to buy it used...

It seems like typical motherboard connectors are in place, which is fine.
In reality, I’d prefer the Dell PSU with a "max output 500W" rating over the PowerStation PSU.

I've been testing the 570...so far everything is working well, temperatures are mostly under 75° during gaming and reaching a peak of 81° in Furmark within about 5 minutes...and the GPU power usage stays around 60-95W consistently...sometimes it goes up to 100+ and reaches 118W on Furmark... The PSU was making loud noises (really hard to hear, I had to put my face against the case) when I first installed the card and used it, but now it seems normal. It's not getting excessively hot—just a bit warmer, just the PSU.

The Dell is a significantly better PSU and I prefer using it with adapters instead of the uncertain PSU that might break.
