Hello everyone
I'm trying to keep things simple.
I recently purchased an old Dell OptiPlex 9010 mini tower system equipped with an i7 3770 with 16GB RAM and a 120GB SSD.
Currently, I'm running a GTX 1050 2GB (InnoCord Compact).
My plans are to upgrade to a GTX 1060 3GB or an RX 570 4GB.
However, the main concern is my 275W Dell PSU – can I use these GPUs with it?
I've noticed others using GTX 1660 Ti and GTX 1650 Super with Molex to SATA connectors in Dell OptiPlex 9010 MT models.

For the RX 570, another question: will it fit in my case?
Is the Molex to SATA connector safe for long-term use?

You can energize a GPU using a molex to sata adapter. This appears to be an ordinary ATX power supply. Just swap it out for a stronger one.
You can check if the PSU is compatible with your PC for these cards by reviewing the image provided.

Consider that a typical PSU won't function properly in that Dell unit without the necessary adapters (usually). These motherboards usually lack the connectors that are common in the industry. HP also tends to do the same.
Good catch . . yes, we need to confirm whether the Optiplex model comes with the usual 24-pin main connector or the unusual 8-pin Dell-specific version. Since it's a third-generation Intel processor, I believe it should feature a standard ATX-style connector, though I'm not entirely sure. Please take a closer look and share a photo of the motherboard's main power connector if you can.
