PSU is a Corsair RM750x model. The CPU runs at 9700X, while the GPU is a Powercolor Reaper 9070 XT. The suggested power supply capacity is 750w. The GPU has a rating of 304w, but I've noticed it can spike to up to 485w under certain conditions.

According to the official specifications, that's correct. However, I haven't used a 9070 XT myself, so I'm not entirely certain.

you will be fine ,
old RMx used to be one of the best mid range gold units on the market
and 750w is sufficient for this system .
power spikes only last for miliseconds .
your average power consumption while gaming will be around 450 watts total .
