Is the PSU sufficient for the 4070?

I want to upgrade to a new 4070 but i dont know if my Xilence 650w PSU is good enough and the connector. Right now I have a GTX 1660, a 4070 would be a nice upgrade.

Xilence is generally unsuitable. You should use a new PSU with the necessary 12VHPWR connector for an RTX 4070.

The 4070 uses around 200w under load. A 650w is acceptable, though it varies by the specific 650w power supply. Xilence isn't recommended. A Corsair RM650X would be a good option, offering quality parts and a 7-10 year warranty.
