Good afternoon. I purchased a pre-built PC from Best Buy using the provided link. The issue is that it installs Windows improperly, repeatedly asking for language and keyboard settings before restarting. I attempted the recovery environment’s startup repair, which returned an error message about the PC not being repaired. I also tried installing Windows from a USB drive, but it froze and crashed afterward. I remember seeing error code 0xc0000001, though I couldn’t capture the details. Can you help me resolve this? What steps should I follow?
Sorry I’m not very familiar with technology, but I just downloaded the Windows 11 installer from https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11, created the installation media, and put it onto a USB drive.
