I'm experiencing issues with starting my PC. At the beginning of each day, when I power it on, nothing appeared on the screen. All components—fans, CPUs, GPUs, case fans, and LEDs—were active. However, one particular LED on the motherboard remained off. It only lit up when the PC actually started booting. Initially, I had to restart and it would immediately display "Boot failure detected" in the BIOS. I entered BIOS and tried to change settings, but nothing changed. Eventually, I booted into Windows and continued with my day. Today, after three restarts, the screen still didn’t appear. I attempted to reinsert the RAM and GPU, which worked, but now I’m concerned. I checked my system using CPU-Z and Task Manager, and discovered that my RAM speed had dropped from 3200hz to 2666hz. I’m unsure where else to look for further troubleshooting, but these are the only findings I’ve made so far.

The yellow strip of light serves as the backup LED for the board. Please note the PSU model and its age were not mentioned. If you can't reach POST, attempt to flash the BIOS using the Q-Flash Plus feature on your board.

The RAM has returned to the standard JEDEC 2666MT/s speed after clearing the BIOS or removing the CR2032 battery. It might be safe to keep it at 2666MT/s for a short period to check if the issue is related to an unstable XMP overclock. Make sure the DIMMs are connected to the recommended slots, typically A2/B2 as per the manufacturer's guide.

Sorry, forgot to mention that my PSU is a Corsair CV450 80+ Bronze. It's been around for about a year now, and I plan to update the specs. I’ll attempt to flash the BIOS when it still doesn’t POST. It felt unusual since I haven’t made any changes to the BIOS, and according to what I know, the only adjustments I’ve done are with the GPU and RAM during reseating when it failed to post. For the RAM, I’ve been using it in the A2/B2 slots since the PC came along. I’ll try to keep it at the default settings for a while, thanks for the notice.
