Hello, my computer shuts down unexpectedly one to two times each day. The screen goes black and the motherboard logo appears as if it were a normal boot (no BSOD). It looks like this happens randomly, sometimes when I was idle or browsing the internet. In the Windows 11 Reliability log, it records Kernel-Power, Event 41, task 63. My initial thought is the power supply unit might be the issue, but I really value your advice before buying something new.

I assembled this PC in late 2022.
Here are my details:

The Toshiba P300 SSD and HDD are about six years old. Windows 11 is installed on the M.2 drive.

What I've done:
- Updated BIOS (then enabled XMP for RAM)
- Installed AMD chipset driver update
- Updated GPU driver
- Ran OCCT for an hour with no errors
- Monitored temperatures
- Used Windows feature to check drive health

I would really appreciate any guidance or further diagnostics you can suggest.

The system also restarts when XMP is disabled.

I haven't used XMP yet, but I'd need about a day or two before responding since a reboot occurs 0-2 times daily.

I swapped out my PSU with another identical unit and it's functioning smoothly for three days without needing a restart.

After experiencing more than three reboots in a day, I concluded it wasn't the PSU. I found online information suggesting issues with the SN850x on MSI motherboards. My SN850x wasn't recognized in the first M.2 slot during setup, so I moved it to the second slot, accepting reduced PCIe 4.0 speeds. To resolve this, I replaced it with a Samsung 980 Pro drive (the newer models without firmware problems) and have had no reboots for three days. A technician at Canada Computers advised me to try a different power outlet or disable XMP settings if needed, which would eliminate the RAM issue. I'll attempt this again if the drive remains the problem.

There are no problems since my previous update. It seems the SN805x is likely the solution. Please let me know if this assists anyone facing the same issue.
