HI everyone,
I just purchased a new gaming PC with these details:
motherboard: GIGABYTE B450 AORUS Elite V2 (rev. 1.0)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 3.70GHz AM4
tower: DEEPCOOL CH510 MESH DIGITAL
(only came with one unit in the back, no front or top)
GPU: ASUS TUF-RTX3060TI-O8GD6X-GAMING GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6X TUF Gaming OC PCIE
RAM: KINGSTON FURY 16GB Beast DDR4 3200MHz (2x 8gigs)
Power supply: ASUS ROG Strix 850G 850W
SSD: SAMSUNG 1TB 980 PRO M.2 PCIe M.2 (2 units)
CPU cooler: DEEPCOOL AK620 black
The drivers are current.
Initial temperature is around 40°C while using YouTube, and during gaming it rises to 65-75°C with automatic shutdown.
Error message appearing: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
authenticamd.sys
(authenticamd)
I’ve tried everything I could think of but couldn’t resolve the issue.

Random reboots or shutdowns are usually due to two problems:
1. CPU or GPU overheats and the system stops to avoid damage.
2. PSU doesn’t provide enough power to the GPU or maintains unstable voltage for the PC.
At this stage, either could be the cause. A temperature of 65-75°C refers to what? The CPU or GPU temperature?
If the issue lies with temperatures, adding one or two intake fans to your case might help.
Even with a good PSU, there can still be problems—some components may fail. If you purchase a prebuilt unit, you should return it for warranty service. The store where you bought it must assist you with this matter.
If you decide to open the PC to replace parts, you risk voiding your warranty.

Went all night adjusting the voltage on my CPU and noticed it lowers the temperature without causing a blue screen during gameplay. I'm testing various games to check if the issue persists.

Taking out the tempered glass side panel would provide the greatest cooling advantage. You might also leave it open until additional case fans are available. Boosting the CPU cooler fan speeds in the BIOS or adjusting the fan curve more aggressively is another helpful approach.

I'm using the fan control v165 now, and I'm excited to see the new fans arrive tomorrow—it should definitely improve the airflow.
