Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue with my desktop, Minecraft, and osu. They all start at 30fps but jump to over 200 fps before dropping back down to 30fps. Anyone know what might be causing this problem with my Radeon 3600 and 580 RX?

You must understand the version you're using. On PC, it's either "Bedrock/Pocket Edition" or Java.
