I acquired a 2018 Mac Mini as a backup and was informed it requires power, yet nothing else. When I connect power and an HDMI cable, the power indicator lights up and dims gradually, but no signal reaches any monitor. There are no audible POST beeps, though the fan does spin briefly when I listen. I've tested all suggested key combinations, but nothing activates it or changes the light. Before sending it to a repair shop, is there anything else I should attempt?
