Is the loud high-pitched ringing sound coming from the front AUX port alone?
I've just completed assembling a new PC and am facing an unusual sound problem. As soon as I power it on—before the system starts or when I press the power button—the front AUX port emits a high-pitched ringing noise. This happens regardless of Windows volume settings, and while the expected audio is present, it's very faint. I've tried several steps: reconnecting the HD audio cable, updating the motherboard BIOS, testing headphones and cables individually (both function correctly), and turning the system off and on again. I'm using an NZXT N7 B650E motherboard with an H9 Flow case and a 7800x3d sound card. Please let me know if you need more details.

I'll be sharing my experience with you and won't probably be your final required answer, but anyway... here you go!
Noises in the audio channel can indeed come from cables, but also lack of insulation filters between, I would say, power supply and analog channel, assuming that noise cannot degrade digital data. I would take a better look at insulation capacitor, but unfortunately I cannot advise how to indeed solve the problem.
These capacitors can get damage by improper ground when handling hardware.
