Is the Live Kernel Event 141 still occurring?
I've experienced frequent crashes on my PC, happening between 1 to 5 times daily. I've attempted several fixes but haven't found a solution.
What I've tried:
- Turning off XMP in BIOS
- Reinstalling the GPU
- Reconnecting the power connector for the GPU
- Removing Xbox Game Hub
- Running SFC /scannow via PowerShell and other suggested commands
- Keeping an eye on temperatures to check if overheating is the cause
I'm uncertain about further steps and thought this forum might be helpful.

Sorry, it's been a while and I haven't been able to reply.
PSU note: I'm uncertain, I'll need to verify. It was originally built and was brand new when installed. Likely 800w?

Reliability record: In the reliability monitor, only "Windows was not shut down properly" appears, nothing else.
