Another choice to think about is swapping the 140mm exhaust fan provided with this case for the 140mm ARGB model below to achieve a more complete look.

I don't think you need an additional rear fan. With the stock 3 intake fans on the NZXT H6 Flow and the exhaust fans from the 360mm Arctic AIO, you'll have ample airflow to keep your parts cool. Likewise, choosing a better PSU is wise—Corsair offers superior options as others have mentioned. A quality PSU can last a decade, making it a worthwhile investment.
