Hello,
Laptop model:
Asus VivoBook M3500Q
When I power on the device, nothing happens and the screen turns black. After turning it on, a random screen appears at this URL:

Despite my efforts, I cannot view that page.
How can I fix the BIOS? Thank you.

The picture indicates the steps to "fix" the BIOS. Did you save the BIOS and attach a USB drive according to the instructions?
https://www.asus.com/laptops/for-ho...ob...000-Series
Refer to the BIOS version labeled "BIOS for ASUS EZ Flash Utility".

Did you unzip the download file and place those files directly on the USB drive without organizing them into folders?

Hello,
The update process finished successfully and the system started up, but the issue returned after some time. I believe there might be a hardware concern.

Yes, I generally agree. Will the system begin functioning? Can you reach the BIOS settings? If yes, attempt to boot the system using a Live Linux distribution on a USB drive. If Linux doesn't work, the problem likely lies in hardware. If it operates correctly, we should be dealing with a software issue.
