I'm unsure about the outcome of this game because other titles I own have microstuttering, but in GTA V it appears differently. I've checked all possible solutions, even with VSync, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. This build is recent and causing problems across multiple games.

I don't have access to real-time data or specific benchmark results. Please run the userbenchmark yourself and provide the public link, then I can help you interpret the findings.

Does the game run on SSD or HDD? The CPU temperature at 65c during gaming appears reasonable for a 12900k system, and there are no concerns with the benchmark outcomes.

Yep in GTA V is around 60-65 on high settings nad gpu the same in other games 60-70 for cpu 65-80 gpu. The game is on ssd downloaded from epic games. All drivers updated aswell
I really thought it was a ssd or ram issues. I'm going to try the game on steam first.
in the other games I don't have that problem if it is true that there is a bit of microstuttering but nothing like that

In any situation, a firm installed the PC for me, and I also rely on their assistance. I can reach out to them whenever needed.

When achieving extremely high frame rates, limit them to 160 using RivaTuner or similar tools; otherwise, GTA V may exceed 160 FPS.

@Chompyyy points out that GTA V may not function well at extremely high frame rates. It could also be due to the game being divided between P and E cores, leading to problems.

Open your Windows power settings and verify it’s labeled "High Performance" instead of "Balanced." Next, access your Nvidia Control Panel and ensure the power usage option isn’t set to "Balanced." Variable choices like balanced can frequently alter power consumption, causing these kinds of stutters. Fixing this resolved the problem for me.
