Is the infrared touchscreen overlay on your PC stuck in the firmware upgrade mode?
I possess this infrared touchscreen overlay:
https://cjtouch.en.made-in-china.co...red-Touch-Screen-22-Touch-Screen-Overlay.html
I acquired it some time ago while using Windows 7. That operating system has a problem where you can't remove the single click delay for touchscreens. I was attempting to locate a solution and downloaded the drivers (even though this device doesn't need any installation). I found them at:
http://www.cjtouchscreen.com/download/c-1502530840
(CJTouch IR Touch Screen Driver T3,T99,T200(BNA2,CNA2))
After installing this software, I executed MTUsbUpgrade.exe
It placed the touchscreen in firmware upgrade mode:
In the PDF manual (inside the downloaded zip folder) it mentions needing a .bin file to upgrade the firmware. When I click "Leave Upgrade Mode" it displays "Failed to leave upgrade mode, please check!".
Since then the device stopped functioning.
The touchscreen has no buttons, only a USB cable.
Is there any method to restore it? Or is the only option contacting their support for the .bin file?
