I tried another run with Malwarebytes enabled again and this is the result. Fairly similar to the previous one, so the lag spikes were caused just in the first run? Weird...

Malwarebytes is not particularly resource-intensive. It may have been performing a high-priority scan at the time, though it is difficult to determine. Something undoubtedly occurred during the initial run. Otherwise, you are operating within a margin of error due to variations in drivers, RAM (2666MHz versus 3000MHz), and the benchmark.
