Similar to your CPU concern, "good" is quite subjective. With so many PC games available, this GPU was a decent midrange option when it came out in 2015. It may not handle the latest titles well, but it should work with older AAA games from the mid-2010s and newer games that require less power.

The answer is no. It's an extremely old GPU that won't run modern games even at low settings.
